Three beers, two jenever

Drie biertjes, twee jenever - my dutch is getting better! At the 26th with the noontide we finally left Cuxhaven with a fine NNWly brise. Allready at Elbe One we set our sails and off we went. During the night we sailed along the Eastfrisian Islands and in the morninghours of the 27th our position was allready abeam of the Dutch Island Schiermonigook. Unfortunatly the wind became almost calm, so we put the spinnaker up. At 10.00h the wind now totally calm we started fishing and after a short time had five mackerels in the bucket. We deceided to start the motor and enter the Waddenzee between Ameland and Terschelling. At 18.00h we anchored in front of a sandbank with a lot of seals on it. After a nice fishdinner, we went to bed. The next morning, the wind had changed to the SW, which means deadhead we motored to the harbour of Terschelling. Tonight Frank has invited us for «Three beers, 2 jenever».

Owing to the fact that we did not hear anything since 29th, it must have been a lot more beer and jenever causing a delay. Hope you have the same nice weather as it is here at present.
